Windweaver has been in my ownership since 2009 during which time she has undergone a MAJOR refit that was fully documented in a YouTube video titled ‘Windweaver restoration’.
Since that time Windweaver has sailed to the Azores and back, done numerous Biscay crossings and spent a year cruising the Mediterranean from which she is currently on route back to UK.
Her design is a O’Brien Kennedy one off, built with Pitch pine on oak and Iroko decking.
She has extremely good sea keeping qualities and has proved her worth many times.
This is a boat that will give you the confidence to feel safe in heavy weather.
She is equipped with Hydrovane self steering, AIS transponder/ receiver, B&G Plotter, VHF radio and all the other usual instruments for depth and wind.
The engine is a 60 HP Perkins diesel.
Windweaver has been a regular participant in the Classic Channel Regatta and is well know to many there.
